Store Policy

We will try to fulfill orders within 2-7 business days of orders being placed.

✳️Orders containing fresh/frozen products that require refrigeration will be shipped out ONLY on Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday. This is to avoid the delivery date landing on the weekend, causing delays and potential spoilage. 

Store Refund Policy

We will offer a 100% refund in the following cases:

1. Order was fulfilled incorrectly with missing or wrong items.
2. Products were damaged due to inadequate packaging or handling prior to shipment.

We will consider offering 20% refund if products are damaged or spoiled due to delays due to third party carriers with FedEx, UPS, or USPS. 

All refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the fund to appear back on your account.
